09:11am 11/02/06 - Users on Megapath cannot access system
Bad route propagating from upstream ISP. We are currently tracking back the source of the bad route with our ISP will have this fixed shortly.  As of 9:27am 11/2/06 this has been corrected and all customers should be able to reach us at this time.

03:38pm 6/19/06 - Users cannot create functioning contacts in the Mail Hosting Control Panel
This is a bug in the current release of the software.  Please email requests for contact creation to support.  We are currently testing the new release of the Mail Hosting Control panel and will have this fixed shortly.  As of 6/25/06 this has been corrected, the new version of code has been tested and uploaded.

11:17am 6/19/06 - Some users cannot connect to OWA or Exchange
AT&T NY is experiencing backbone network issues.  As a result some users may not be able to get to internet sites that route through this backbone provider.  As of 12:13pm 6/19/06 AT&T has corrected their routing issues and all customers should be able to reach us at this time.
